Roots n Shoots

Roots’n’Shoots is a new programme we started on October 7th with the Harvest Celebrations to encourage young families to worship regularly with us on the first Sunday of every month. It is planned as all-age worship using the material from the Roots teaching notes.

The day will start with breakfast from 9 a.m. for everyone, which gives a good opportunity for people to get better acquainted. We will all spend the first 15 minutes of the service together and then the children will leave for their own activities for half-an-hour, returning to the church for the final part of the service. There are programmes and flyers available and if you know of a young family that you could invite then please DO.

In addition, we make provision for a crêche for babies and toddlers, and a Junior Church for older children every Sunday during the morning service. All the children continue to be important to us and will continue to be provided for and prayed for.
